Shipping Information
At Naked Pharmacist, we aim to deliver your order safely, quickly, and affordably anywhere in South Africa.
We currently ship using PUDO by The Courier Guy, providing a reliable nationwide delivery service.
Shipping Method
We use PUDO Locker-to-Locker delivery for all standard orders.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your parcel every step of the way.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Regional Areas: 3–5 business days
- Remote Areas: 4–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or public holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your selected PUDO delivery option.
Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on the website when applicable.
Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel has been collected by PUDO, you will receive a tracking number.
You can track your shipment using the official PUDO tracking system.
Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure that your contact details and selected PUDO locker are correct before completing your order.
Naked Pharmacist cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us and we will gladly assist in following up with the courier.

Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- Inspect the package before opening where possible.
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photographs of the parcel and damaged product(s).
- We will investigate the matter and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver throughout South Africa using PUDO.
At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.
